Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy describes when refunds are available, how they're calculated and how to request one.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Shared, WordPress and VPS plans qualify for a full refund of the plan fee within 30 days of the initial purchase. Renewals are not eligible — cancel before renewal to avoid being charged.

2. Cloud and dedicated

Cloud plans are billed hourly and can be cancelled at any time; you pay only for hours used. Dedicated servers are non-refundable after the first 7 days because of provisioning costs.

3. Domains

Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable due to registry costs. WHOIS privacy and DNS add-ons can be cancelled but are not refunded for the current term.

4. Setup fees and add-ons

One-time setup fees, dedicated IPs, SSL upgrades and migration services are non-refundable once the work has begun.

5. Refund method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay and bank transfers may take an additional 2–3 days depending on your bank.

6. How to request a refund

Open a billing ticket from your client area or email billing@namence.com with your account email and order number. We respond within 24 hours.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve nearly all billing issues directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension while we work with the card network.
